These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Newwood Looms regarding access to and use of our website and knitting courses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Course Access

On-demand courses grant ongoing access to recorded content. Live workshops include access to recordings as specified in the course description. We may update or improve content without prior notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Refunds follow our refund policy: on-demand courses within 14 days if less than 25% of the course has been completed; live workshops are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share login credentials or distribute course materials publicly.
• Do not circumvent access controls, test for vulnerabilities, or attempt to disrupt our services.
• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, is owned by Newwood Looms or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

6. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Newwood Looms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior six months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
